• Final Inspection: We recheck mileage, fuel, and condition against the check‑in report.
• Settling the Balance: Pay or receive adjustments for extra days, extra mileage, fuel differences, tolls, or agreed incidentals.
• Deposit Handling: Where a deposit was taken, any approved deductions are explained and the balance is refunded within the agreed timeframe.
• Digital Receipt: A final invoice/receipt is sent via WhatsApp or email once your rental is closed.
