• Check Real-Time Availability: View updated availability and pricing instantly. If your preferred vehicle is booked, we’ll recommend suitable alternatives.

2. Reserve Your Car

• Choose Your Rental Duration: Select your pick-up and return dates—daily, weekly, or monthly rental options available.
• Add Optional Extras: Include extras such as additional drivers, full insurance, or roadside cover.
• Review Your Booking: Confirm vehicle details, rental period, and the total cost with full transparency.

3. Collect Your Vehicle

• Pick-Up Location: Collect your car at our Greendale office or request a delivery service to your preferred location (fees may apply).
• ID & License Verification: Present your valid driver’s license and ID/Passport upon arrival.
• Vehicle Inspection: We will inspect the vehicle with you, record any prior damages, and walk you through the car’s features and emergency procedures.
• Sign the Rental Agreement: Review and sign the rental contract. Our team is available to answer any questions.

4. Enjoy Your Trip

• Drive with Peace of Mind: Our cars are serviced, clean, and fully ready for your journey—whether it's around Harare or across Zimbabwe.
• 24/7 Roadside Support: In case of breakdowns, emergencies, or tire issues, our support team is available anytime.
• Fuel Policy: Cars are provided with a full tank. Return with a full tank to avoid refueling charges.

5. Return the Vehicle

• Return to Agreed Location: Bring the car back to our office or an approved drop-off point. You can also request pick-up from your location.
• Inspection Upon Return: We’ll do a quick inspection to confirm the vehicle’s condition and mileage.
• Settle Any Balance: Any extra mileage, fuel charges, or optional services will be settled at return.
• Receive Your Receipt: A final invoice and refund details (if applicable) will be sent via email/WhatsApp.
